"Do not shop here. Extremely rude and intimidating man behind the counter. Clothes are cheap and disgusting quality. Horrible creepy communal changing rooms. Don’t bother buying anything because the man behind the counter will refuse a refund with absolutely 0 reasoning and logic behind it other than the fact he doesn’t want to. This place should not still be in business and it only is because the man lives off of refusing refunds while customers loose out on money unable to return poor quality and overpriced clothing."

"Do not shop here unless you want to be scammed by a disgraceful owner. Most disgusting customer service I've ever received. This store has dodgy communal changing rooms which for a girl on her own would not feel safe in in the slightest, so I bought an item to try on at home which was awful quality so went to return a week later. On returning he told me I should have waited until the store empty and tried them on there instead of purchasing them and trying them on at home??? He then proceeded to find multiple reasons as to why he would not accept my return despite having all the tags on and the receipt. He claimed that because there was fluff on the item he would not accept the return despite showing him items in the store which were covered in dust which he claimed "was not relevant." All the negative reviews are correct this man will refuse a refund no matter what. Shocks me how this shop is still open."

"Very rude man at the counter. I politely asked if I could return my dress that was cheaply made at the back and very see through. He aggressively took my dress out of my bag I brought it in and didn't even talk to me when then he was looking at his laptop saying its over 14 days and it can't be returned. Firstly it doesn't even tell you on the receipt when you have to return it back for like any other shop would! And number 2 I didn't have time to bring it back and I didn't really want to go and try it on in the communal changing room! Appalling shop and will never be returning!"
