"I went on a shopping trip today. I wanted to buy smart casual clothes for a new job i'm starting. While the store looked great (10/10 for retail standards) & the clothes looked interesting, there was ZERO customer service. The store was empty & I wanted some help. Twice I had to go over to the group of staff who were talking to ask for help & then just left to my own devices after my questions had been answered. I left and spent £900 in Paul Smith as I got much better service. I returned to Reiss just to buy a plain T shirt to wear under a shirt I had bought in Paul Smith. No acknowledgement and again the staff were stood in a group chatting. I had to interrupt them again to get any service. I'm an Area Manager for a retailer so I know what good service looks like. There was none in your store today. Missed my ££££ Reiss. I could have easily spend another £900 if you had engaged with me. I did the rest of my shopping online with Mr Porter when I got home."
