"This was the first time my wife and I have ever purchased from the company Select and it will DEFINITELY be the last! In the 21st century what company refuses to give a refund when goods are returned because the wrong size has been chosen? We bought some clothing for my daughter as her birthday present. She was not with us. My wife guessed the size and when we got home we discovered that she was size 20, a size which the shop do not sell. We hoped to take the items back (unworn and untried) and receive our money back so that we could go somewhere that stocks larger sizes. Imagine our surprise when we were told that we could only have an exchange or credit note. These people who run this company are little short of being criminals by taking money from people who when finding they have made a mistake can't get it back. I now intend to make public their Dickensian policy and encourage as many shoppers as possible to boycott the stores. I don't just mean the Worksop store but I shall make this bad publicity Nationwide. So if you were thinking of buying a product from Select forget it. They are robbers in frocks. At Worksop there is a fantastic branch of New Look just around the corner where the goods are better quality, a wider range of sizes and you can have a refund if you want one and where the staff are not as surly and up their own backsides. Select, this is 2016 and consumer rights are supposed to have improved. You need to be closed down as soon as possible."
