"When I walked into Carol Ann’s my confidence was on the floor and I was tearing my hair out trying to find a flattering outfit for my daughter’s christening. I’d bought a ridiculous amount of dresses from various shops and nothing seemed to fit right; I was very close to tears. I can’t begin to explain how Carol made a difference that day! She’s so welcoming, hilariously funny and I instantly felt at ease. I’d walked in with 3 dresses that I felt were the best of a bad bunch and by the end of my visit, she’d transformed them. I was now walking out of the shop with 3 dresses and undecided which one to go for. I felt so much more confident after her lovely compliments and I just wanted to hug her. She even let me take home an item that helped transform one of them, until I’d made a decision. I’ll definitely be making Carol Ann’s my first choice next time!"
