"Poor experience at the restaurant on a Friday evening, plastic menus that the pen rubs off, the food all arrived at the same time:- starters middles and mains . My mains were cold, complained to the Chinese waitress who just walked past and ignored me . Took my complete meal home to heat up properly. The only saving grace is that the food is tasty. They need to look at the overall experience of the customer and make improvements."
