"I'm sorry to say that it's a shambles. 3 staff there when I visited. None of them looked like they cared about trying to get orders done quickly. There was a woman already there complaining about her order. I could see on the screen they had orders backing up - they must have been takeaway deliveries as there were hardly any customers there. I waited 5 or 6 minutes for my order and then decided to give up as it was clearly going to be a long wait."
"Food was alright, quite bland. However one of my chips was missing. They are careless. As i had done click and collect and had requested a time for it to be ready. Arrived on time to pick up, he hadnt even started preparing it, had to wait roughly 10 minutes. They work really slow."
