"We ordered our food at 19:10 and the food was delivered at 21:00. This has happened before, and we said we would never go here again, but thought it wouldn't happen again. How wrong were we!!! After An hour, we phoned to ask were our order was up to and was told that the driver hadn't collected it and that we were lucky, some people had waited 2 hours. Well we waited just short of 2 hours. It's a shame, as the food is actually nice. But the customer service and delivery times are appalling. Maybe they should employ more staff including delivery drivers. Definitely won't be going back!!!"
