"Unbelievable set up at this takeaway. Ordered and paid for several meals & starters online at 5.40pm, and was given a pick up time of 6.08pm. Arrived at 6.10pm and waited until 6.55pm for the food!! Two other customers were there at the same time, and when I left they were still there. Apparently, they only pass the order to the kitchen when you actually arrive to collect the food, so the time slot for collection is a total nonsense. How on earth this business carries on is beyond me, as I've never encountered a set up quite like it. Incidentally, the food was no better than average. I won't be returning."

"A mystery cleared up! I always wondered why after making a telephone order and being given a time for pick up, the order is never ready? You usually wait 20 minutes after arriving to collect. Now I know! After taking my money, she shouted telephone order, and passed my order through the famous hole in the wall. So they don't actually cook your food until you show up to pay. So from now on I'll stand outside, order my food, and then go straight in and pay for it. Hopefully will save an hour by doing that? Great food though."

"Hands down the worst experience I've ever had in a take away. Was told to get to the shop at 7:20 to collect my order. Arrived at 7:20 and order nowhere to seen. 45 minutes later my meal eventually is ready and is passed through the hatch. It is then dropped all over the floor. Their time management in there is horrific and they have the poor woman who runs the phones up the wall. Don't know how she puts up with them. I would strongly recommend never to go to this place. Oh and the food was rubbish as well to top it all off."
