"First time buyer, Got lucky i guess.. ordered the new air max 1 86 big bubble on the day of release , sold out immediately everywhere. But they had one in my size so I went for it,( 2 minutes later they sold out ) received my item 3 days later double boxed (was the most important to me) and the perfect shoes !! Absolutely happy with my order!!! BUT reading others reviews I’m not sure i will risk it to buy again from them … lol"

"Ordered a pair of trainers and received confirmation of my order. I tried tracking them days later but the tracking on the site didn't work for me. I called customer service, who were very nice, only to find out that my order had been cancelled days before. I never received notification that my order was cancelled and I was still charged. Had I not called, I would not have received a refund!!! With this experience as a first time customer, I will not be using Hip Store again."

"First purchase item was out of stock and got refunded straight away. Ordered more items three months later, was curious to know if I would receive both my items so rang customer service, spoke to a chap who was really helpful although he himself did not know what items I would actually receive. MIRACLE all of my items turned up. Can't moan about the service when there prices are so low."

"Firstly I will say the store in Leeds and people who work there are great. Online however…. To say customer service experience was terrible would be an understatement. Ordered some trainers for overnight delivery. Was emailed saying there’s an issue with stock levels. Hip refunded me my delivery costs then went off the grid. No communication at all. I took it upon myself to order from elsewhere. The trainers from Hip finally arrived after so I decided to return them. Returned them through the process 3 weeks ago with no confirmation or any idea of what was going on. Finally found the telephone number for customer services where I have managed to get through to someone who told me they had the item but no refund has been made. Apparently they have processed it today and will take a further 3-5 working days. Who knows if I will get my money back?? I would recommend going to the store in Leeds. Buying online however…. Avoid it like the plague."
