"This place can be great but it can also be a disaster! Depends very much on the day and the team that's working. I'm still a regular and love the naked burritos, however some nights you get treated like royalty by happy and helpful staff and others the staff couldn't care less. This place could be awesome.."

"I usually come here on my break and it’s always great. However on todays visit it wasn’t. There was one customer in front of me who was being served. After her order was done the staff members were focussing on delivery orders instead of serving me. I didn’t mind this I could see the female staff member was working extremely hard going as fast as she could. The store had ran out of the pico de galo which I like to add to my order and was pretty bland. The tomato rice was not prepared properly it tasted watery and was clumped together. It seems like the store was understaffed at that time which I understand but staff should still be preparing the food properly. Not a great experience this time around."

"One of a few fast food chains for Mexican food. Food tastes decent but surprisingly quite bland. Also slightly expensive considering many of the toppings add price to the burrito, also for the prices sizes should be bigger. Burritos = 6/10 Place is quite small, but they do offer student discounts. Close by city university"

"i love the beef of this place rly incredible burrito. except i suggest u dont order online from this branch and go to the shop to order because everytime i either get the messiest wrap or (like this time) eat half of it and its still just rice with occasional beans. i called them multiple times and they didnt pick up and i filled out a complaint but uber didnt get back to me the same day so this is the burrito i ate after being out the country and excited for tortilla for months :/. will not be ordering from here anymore cuz whats the point of paying 13+ pounds for a buritto w beef and guac and i literally had it for like 3 bites"
