"Be very weary of buying from this company . I waited two weeks for delivery. When it arrived it was the wrong part and they have still not refunded my money of 850.00 .Actually they are an incompetent bunch of people. They do not take care of their customers. I called them more than 20 times and could not speak to someone that was able to help. Just kept being passed to another person ."
"Most dishonest company i have ever come across, brought a gearbox for ford transit van and its a faulty gearbox, tried calling many times to get it collected and return my money back, every time they will lie or false promise to resolve this mater. there are different people will pick up the phone and never ever helpful, i have been told that Martin is the owner of the company. i have spoken to martin so many times but no result so far, i m keeping all the record of calls, also i have emailed them but no reply, so its the time to take a legal action."
"I ordered a gearbox for a a3. When it arrived it was a different gearbox to the pictures that were sent to me. I could see it was a different gearbox to what is in my car but I was assured it will fit. My mechanic called and said it doesn't. And now they are not picking up the phones after telling me 5 hours ago they'll sort it. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! I will change this if it gets sorted but I'm now down on money due to this. If I have to ill get my lawyer to sort it. Reply. Yea after about 3 months of hell dealing with you, I was left where I started. Great company"
"AVOID THIS PLACE I really do wish I had checked the reviews of this company before agreeing to pay for a gearbox for my car. I went through findapartnorwich for quotes on a gearbox on the 26th August 2021 this company contacted me within 20 minutes of my claim being approved, Gareth told me he had a F17 gearbox that would fit my Vauxhall he also told me it would be next day delivery but because of a bank holiday approaching if not recieved I would definatley get it on the Tuesday which would have been 31.08.21. I recieved nothing after going backward and forwards ALL DAY from Gareth, Martin (the supposid boss) and Bibbys Logisitics I finally got a the gearbox arrive 02.09.21, I then took this down to my mechanic on the 03.09.21 and guess what... it didn't fit my car! My mechanic even rang Tuff and Sons on Monday 6th September 2021 and spoke to Martin who said he would send another gearbox out, this should have arrived no later than Thursday 9th September, Gareth knew sod all about it and claims my mechanic doesn't know what he is talking about its easy to do. They sold me a gearbox with a missing gear selector that DOESNT FIT MY VAUXHALL. they won't accept it doesn't fit. All day Friday 10th September 2021 I have been on the phone to Gareth with him promising to phone me back over a tracking number for DHL regarding the gear selector they promised me would arrive today, which through all the troubles I've had I knew it wouldn't be turning up as they have lied and fobbed me off. Apparently they will be getting collecting there gearbox from my mechanic and I shall be getting a refund wether this happens or not is another story. I don't see them coming to collect this gearbox and I definitely don't see them refunding me. They don't communicate with eachother and this has left my anxiety sky high. I have no faith my car will be fixed now as I dont trust anyone to order me a gearbox in fear this issue will reoccur. I shall be reporting this matter to trading standards. hopefully my bank can help me to get my money back. AVOID this company they are full on cowboys and will lie to you repeatedly, they make out they will resolve the issue but fail to do so. My lesson has been learnt I shall never order online again."
"BE VERY VERY AWARE . This is a Mickey mouse company do not purchase anything from them whatever you do. I purchased an engine from them through breakerlink was told it was sent out the next day a week later it's still sat in the yard. I asked them to cancel the purchase and refund the money back onto my credit card. 2 days later the engine arrives. I spoke to the courier company and they told me they received the request by email the day before. They went and sent out the engine despite me emailing texting and speaking with them on the phone. There is two people that work there Gareth and Martin you can very rarely get through to them and when you do they will just play you against each other pretending they don't know what's going on. Promise after promise that they will call you back but they never do. Absolute cowboys keep well away from them. Rogue traders will be visiting then very soon."
