In addition you can tell that the crew doesnt like working there, is all over their face. If you want points where to improve, your crew shoukd change their attitude and be more kind and gentle towards clients."
"The food might be good, but they cannot pack an order. Three times in a row, I ordered three items and they sent a bag with only 1. Once with two items. Granted, you get the money back, but you have paid delivery and service fee for a third of what you ordered. Good luck feeding more than one person. I would understand if it were a massive order, but even my kids can count to three."
