"Went there last week with my friend, we both were amazed the way the food looked. They charged extra £1 for just less than a spoonful of Guacamole, really not impressed. We bought a burrito and tacos but not good at all and on top of that I asked for sparkling water but was given still instead. Went back to exchange, was told they ran out of sparkling. At least the girl should have communicated and then gave another option instead of just dumping a bottle of still water. My friend asked not to add beans in his burrito but found beans in whilst eating, we couldn't be bothered to go and ask to exchange. Instead, we left the food and walked out. We wasted £20 just for tacos and a burrito. All the tables were dirty and had to clean it ourselves because when we called someone to clean, no one turned up. I do not recommend this place at all"

"Happy with my visit here. I've decided between Chipotle and Tortilla, that I prefer Tortilla restaurants. The food is tastier. The ordering was nice and easy. Friendly staff and plenty of places to sit. We came on a Sunday evening. I wish my beef was slightly warmer than it was but otherwise no complaints."
