"Disgustingly rude staff. Half of the group I was with was unable to drink this afternoon, and we were shouted at from the bar to get drinks or we are getting kicked out. Made us feel very uncomfortable and embarrassed. Came for a chill afternoon and a game of pool and had never been spoke to so rudely by bar staff. Wouldn’t even let us explain that we were going to leave once our friends have finished our drinks. Such a hostile environment created by bar staff and manager."
"Rude staff members. Half of the people I came here with got drinks and the others didn’t and they kept shouting across the bar. They expected us to pay them money for a drink after shouting. One staff was slightly reasonable but the manager was rude shouting at us. We only came to play pool. Bad experience, do not recommend!"
