"I visited the T1 store today and was served by a lovely pair of young ladies, Keona and Dom (hope that’s spelled correctly). Excellent customer service and very pleasant to deal with. I’m lead to believe they don’t get any free drinks whilst they work there which is ludicrous! Sort it out Starbucks and look after your quality staff better! Everyone needs a bit of caffeine to get through the day and these girls deserve a free fix at the very least! Cheers for the white mocha ladies."
