"A dirty, run down cash cow! The Owner/Management of this establishment should be ashamed of themselves. People however, seem blind to the state of these chain coffee houses. Floors, surfaces and windows are grimy and its not from today's service but a build up over time due to neglect. This place needs closing for a day or two for time to breath and a refresh. Don't be greedy, we all know the profit margins on a coffee.. ONE WORD "DISGUSTING"!"
