Starbucks Coffee

"Received quick service, however they got my order wrong. Worse thing though was the place was very untidy, in the 20 minutes we were there, the tables next to us hadn't been cleared. Also saw other customers clearing tables so they had a place to sit. Floor was also very dirty and again, wasn't cleaned in the time we were there."

"Poor Service. Coming to this Store 3 times a week. Hard to get a stay in cup. No one asking what cup you prefer they just made the decision. Price go up maybe will be a good time to invest in some mugs and better customer service. 5 staff members on shift but hardly to get clean table or mug. Absolutely joke. Nathan I don’t know why he even bother to come to work. Anything you ask him he is saying is not his job and direct you to another person. Plus I have been charge for cups which I never asked."

"I give this a 3* as I visit here alot. There white mocha is amazing. But, If I was reviewing this on my last visit, I would of put 1 star. It was Sunday at 4:30 and I ordered the norm drink. 30 minutes I waited and in the end I asked for a refund. There were only 3 girls working as a few rang in sick. One of those girls was a supervisor, who was sat in the office, leaving only 2 young girls to serve and make drinks. Great way to lead a team. You could tell they were doing there best, I counted 16 cups before mine and this was after 30 minutes waiting. If it gets to that point, and the supervisor doesn't want to help, they should just stop taking orders. People would understand."

"Amazing Frappuccino good service making them ! Staff are good but sick of paying nearly 5 pounds for drink & when you go to sit down tables are filthy & cups everywhere! Most big franchises just care about profit ! A girl eventually came moved the dirty cups but left tables a mess ! When someone has finished be like Europe have pride a clean it up ! Pay someone full time table duty !"

"Just tried Starbucks for the first time, ordered 2 lattes and an oat milk with strawberry and vanilla latte. The staff member Sacha was very engaging and helpful and helped me to make my choice. The coffees were being made very quickly and I am pleased with the quality of the coffee, especially the oat milk latte. Only thing they could improve on would be to accept cash but well played Starbucks and team."
