"I am really disappointed as I Visited with my baby few times and the place is very dirty. Staff is friendly so cant fault them, but ordered coffee few times and it is very aparent the coffee machine is not cleaned regularly as it tasted washout of old coffee. I also ordered pastry one morning and it wasnt fresh must have been from previous day, i really think that pastries should be fresh when they cost over 4 pounds :( i would really Like it to improve as its our closest coffee shop"
"Went there for coffee and some breakfast after the parkrun. Quite good coffee and food options available and lots of options for kids too. There is a small play area for kids as well to keep them busy!"
"Friendly staff, cosy atmosphere and nice coffee. They serve local food and snacks and it’s a nice location for a bite to eat while walking in the park."
"We have visited The Pavillion a number of times since it has re opened! The food is always great, and the customer service is fab!! I hope the new owners are very proud! What an excellent cafe! They have had kids activities for our children on every time we have visited!! Excellent place to visit on our walks!!"
"Very bad service. Disappointing visit. The blonde guy with tattoos and an eyebrow piercing was very unprofessional. My partner ordered a decaf dirty chai latte with oat milk, and she felt very judged by him for choosing to have a decaf shot in her coffee, as he remarked “Sorry I just don’t see the point in having a decaf shot”. He kept walking away while we were trying to order, and then forgot what we ordered, telling us there were no vegan sausages left, when we ordered vegan sausage rolls which there were some on display. He then overcharged my partner by £1, which we later went back to challenge, and at first they only refunded her 50p, so we had to go back again and spell out the prices on the menu to them in order to get the other 50p refunded. Even then there was no real apology for overcharging us. We were made to feel as is we were an annoyance to them for asking. The coffee was then made with cows milk instead of oat milk, so we had to wait longer for it to be remade. Would not recommend visiting, I think it’s changed ownership recently which is disappointing. If I could give a zero star rating I would."
