"Customer service was good, but the tables were dirty. Also, trys were filthy. I don't understand how you have to pay extra for cream. you would never get that in Scotland. You would be asked if you wanted cream and not be charged an extra 50p for it. this is out of order, in my opinion."

"It isn't an area I tend to visit Cheetham Hill. But was glad to see a Costa. I called into Costa with a friend and enjoyed a good cup of coffee, i had a piece of chocolate cake as a free gift for my birthday from the app. The cake was stale and in fact the remainder of the cake should have been put in the bin! I left most of it. The entrance to the store was dirty and had not been swept or mopped in days! Even the outdoor seats were filthy as we're the tables. I expect much better from Costa. Some cleaning regimes need to be put into place ASAP"

"Costa is Costa same great taste great location free parking perfect weather for a hot drink. Good variety and they even do a points scheme. Every little bit adds up. Staff are friendly as usual everything is made in front of you. You can't really go wrong with a costa to be honest."
