"Staff where amazing they could see I had a young baby with me and they brought my food over with me. Tasted fresh and well cooked. Would definitely say it is one of my more favourite supermarket cafes."
"This used to be great, however recently I've been to the coffee bar and waited 20 mins to get a coffee while a staff member faffed around doing an iced latte she admitted she had never been trained on..so we had to wait while she muddled through.. not sure why I didnt throw the towel in , The breakfast on bank holiday was atrocious frankly badly cooked, slapped on a plate and the crumpets were burnt on the bottom .I would gave sent it all back but we were starving cannot believe it was the same place as a few months ago ...what's gone wrong?"
"This Dukinfield Morriston has a separate coffee bar and cafe and we used the coffee bar today. Given 4 stars as although the coffee was hot and good there was only one member of staff doing all necessary roles. Consequently being counter served took some time (no waiting on tables) and limited number of available tables had not been cleared so we had to clear our own table of used crockery. We weren't particular bothered about that but for some that would be a problem."
"The small cafe is better than the big cafe. It serves proper coffee prepared for you and not the self serve machines. There is a small selection of cakes and sandwiches and the coffee is fairly decent. I ordered a hazelnut latte, a cappuccino, toasted tea cake and a brownie for five pounds which I think is good value! The only issue with this cafe is there are tannoy speakers overhead and they are very loud."
"We had hoped that doing this place up would improve it. Most Morrison's cafe's are decent value for money with a good kids offering. But this one in Dukinfield gets worse everything we come. Rarely have the things we want but also never know this when we order. Today they checked something with the kitchen before we placed the order then still came out 15 minutes later to say they had run out. Most of the staff are fine but one or two have what we shall call an interesting approach to customer services- mouthing off to customers about management or just being generally rude. We've complained before and get a voucher but the actual quality, service and waiting time never improve. If we could just drag our toddler past when we go shopping our lives would be immeasurably happier"
