"Absolute shocking delivery time, said it was going to be an hour and a half, which was fine, but it ended up being two and a half. Never! Have I ever waited this long for a take away. The price was £44 and I asked for a discount for the time delay and they nocked off £4 , I felt shocked at this. Don't order from here on a Saturday."

"Barely any meat and very dry meal and rice burnt and dry and company was no help rang them to be argued with. Usually no problem but past couple of times has been horrible will not order again"

"So we’ve been coming here for 20+ years and tonight will be the last time. Undercooked chicken in foo yung and a nice dark hair in the beef in pepper sauce. Contacted the takeaway to request a refund and they refuse and doubted us. I suspect Environmental Health will be getting a call soon. Save your money and go elsewhere! Disgusting!"

"As a regular customer to this takeaway it is disappointing that I feel inclined to knock a star off the rating. The main issue was an unexpected long delay in getting the prearranged order served. Normally, if an order is booked for a specific time it is waiting for you at the counter. On this occasion there was a fifteen minutes delay. Annoyingly, the sales staff then called over to me and asked if I ordered despite taking my money when I arrived to collect the meal. Confusion reigned as they could not recall my name or order. It was then revealed that the meal was actually in an insulated bag outside the kitchen. I put this confusion down to them being busy preparing numerous meals for delivery drivers who were picking up orders while I was waiting. Curiously, other customers arrived to collect their orders whilst I was waiting and they got their meals promptly. I might have forgiven the delay if I had not returned home to find that a portion of fried rice was missing. It seemed pointless in ringing to complain as the generous portions meant that there was enough food to share out. The incident will not prevent me using the takeaway in the future as we always enjoy their food."

"Waited a while for my order to be delivered tonight, but understand that the delivery driver's are new to the job. It wS well worth the wait! The banana fritters were out of this world, never had any so delicious. All the order was 100%,so please be patient when ordering"
