"Came out for a family meal. Enjoyed the food ordered from the 3 course menu and drinks with additional cost. We ordered a range of starters, mains and desserts. The food came out hot and fresh."

"Overall - decent food, very mediocre service. We had a reservation for 5:30 and, after the host didn’t even look to confirm our reservation, were seated reasonably quickly. After 10+ minutes of no other greeting from a server or interaction, we found the QR code for self-ordering on the menu. We placed an order for the 3 for £25 holiday menu for each of us, plus two coke zeros. Drinks came out maybe 10 minutes after this, followed by the starter another 10 minutes later. At no point did any server actually come over, but one did come to the table next to ours for what sounded like a very painful ordering experience. The longest delay was between the time we finished our mains and dessert - I’d guess 25 minutes. Even after finishing dessert, no one came to ask how things were. We weren’t presented a check - we had the pay by QR code. I love technology and am fine with QR code ordering (like Nando’s) if that’s what the host or server explains when you are initially seated. What I can’t accept is no explanation and being forced to figure it out to ourselves, along with other tables being offered waiter service. I’ll chalk it up to understaffing, as I think only one server was on duty for the dining room, plus a runner. Still, very unacceptable given the price point. Pros: large portions Cons: Service"

"Food was really good. Maybe tiramisu just average. But service was really disappointing, it took them more than half an hour to find out where our tiramisu dissappeared. It felt that staff were understaffed for the amount of customers they had to handle. Atmosphere also dissapointing because tables are very close to each other and we were squeezed between trying to get it or out. Can only recommend this place for nice food (minus that tiramisu)"

"Zizzi Canary Wharf This brand new Zizzi restaurant in Canary Wharf was one of the best Zizzi experiences I have ever had. I am not sure if it is because it is brand new but the food was really tasty. The staff were really friendly and they restaurant was not busy at all. All of the guests were delighted by their meal and drinks. Overall 5/5 great experience."

"Visited for dinner on a weekday evening with a friend. Staff were extremely friendly and attentive, constantly offering to help. They encouraged us to get a free garlic bread with our meal by signing up to the rewards app and also helped with another discount I had. The restaurant looks really good from both the inside and out, great decor."
