"*Big improvement needed* I wanted to come here a few times before writing this review. One thing I am a big fan of is how they make their coffee whether it’s hot or cold and I highly recommend it. However, when it comes food that’s not their strong suit sadly. I’m yet to try anything from their breakfast menu but their quality in lunch food needs to improve. On the most recent occasion, my friend and I ordered a classic burger: which is a beef patty and it comes with curly fries and coleslaw. Once our food arrived they left out the coleslaw on both of our plates which was odd, did they think we wouldn’t notice? We waited to see if would come after, but it didn’t. My friend told the waiter we didn’t get our coleslaw and rather than apologising, she just responded with “yep” and then brought it to us. The coleslaw was very watery and tasted off. The beef patty was extremely thick and was very hard to cut into to the point where I had to destroy the burger to eat it. There was a male waiter who kept pacing back and forth near our table looking for something to do, which made me uncomfortable. I have also tried their pizza which was overcompensated with vegetables. Customer services needs to improve especially during quieter hours."
"This is year 2 for me at Ezra’s as I come visit by myself every Christmas holiday. It’s truly one of my favorite places. The food is EXCELLENT (yes, even the vegan options) + every drink is so divine it’s hard to stop! The staff is soooo sweet, everyone made me feel so accommodated. On Christmas, I had a wonderful, easy, experience + also enjoyed the beautiful view from their floor to ceiling windows. Ezra’s is a 12/10, and I’m SO picky!"
"Rainy Sunday morning, breakfast with family. Indoors is cozy, music stopped intermittently but yeah vibe was good apart from that. Service and food was 5 star easy (breakfast only). The total for 4 breakfast including tea was £61 with service charge, so not bad at all. We were even asked how we’d like our eggs, extra points! Turkish breakfast and English breakfast, both halal. With the Turkish breakfast, we got a pot of honey but no jam, which would have been a nice addition. Meat selection on Turkish breakfast and very nice. The eggs, slightly over cooked but will see next time and update on here. The bread bin has the butter underneath, we didn’t see them until we started to share the bread on the table. Bread was nice and fresh too. A lot to try on the menu - nice variety! Will definitely be going back to try the lunch service and also for some cakes! We ate downstairs but would have wanted to go upstairs for the view but it was too early :( 5mins walk from Woodgreen train station. #halal #turkishfood #woodgreen #food instagramblogger #foodie #halalfoodie #instagramblogger #breakfast #turkishbreakfast #englishbreakfast #staremixfood #tea"
"My first English breaks in London with my cousins were really good. The best thing they have a halal option. Food is a 5 Starr. I am giving 4 stars because of the service I am taking one Star away. Will definitely go back again."
"Came here after nandos was closed and it was great! Ordered the chicken burger and calamari. I wouldn't recommend the Calamari, the texture was horrible but the kind manager quickly resolved this. Other than that, the food was great and staff were very friendly and the manager was very attentive, smiley and helpful. A really nice decor and big windows so lots of natural light . I would recommend Ezras Kitchen and I will definitely return."
