Reviews
"I visited Spaghetti House restaurant, and the service was amazing. Fucuio, my server, was attentive and friendly throughout my meal. The food was delicious and cooked to perfection."
"Came in for a chilled out birthday meal. 5;30 on a Sunday, not particularly busy. Hastily sat down with no conversation. Served by a lady called Samira. Came to take an order - ‘Ready?’ and that was it. No air of friendliness. Wine was brought over which we had ordered and the first glass was poured for us which was nice. The place emptied out not long after we’d sat. The bar started to just stack up with empty glasses which sat there for atleast half an hour and plates etc weren’t cleared from the now empty tables, the place just looked a mess which as a customer just makes it feel a bit uncomfortable. The food was brought over and the server just grunted out the names of our dishes and walked away. Starters were cleared with a ‘Done?’. Mains brought out and treated the same as the starters. No customers in the restaurant and the staff just spent the time chatting, all 4 of them. No check back on our mains - guess they were too busy with their at this point 1 other table. And then just to top it all off, the price for our wine on the receipt differed from that on the menu and they added a 13.5% service charge!! All in all incredibly disappointing. The only thing warranting more than one star is the food - it was nice, nothing to write home about."
"We went to this restaurant as it was recommended by a friend and as it's almost literally next door to the Her Majesty's Theatre for which we had tickets, it fit right into our plans! Staff was really nice and food really good."
"I’d definitely recommend this spot for a nice uncomplicated friends meet up. It’s really cute. The pasta menu is quite complete with all the variations. They could do with a longer cocktail menu though ."
"We were running behind and only sat down at 6:30. Told our server we have a show at 7:30. She brought our food in record speed and they tasted rather good."
