"I usually enjoy the food here. But I am confused as to why as a customer in the shop, my order has little priority. This young person started taking my order but then decided to stop to take several other long telephone calls (whilst taking time to put the telephoned orders through) knowing I had been there prior to these orders. But interestingly I just left the shop, called and my order was taken straight away. Wasting some 10 minutes of my time, and now my order is at the back of an even longer queue if a queue system works. In essence I wouldn't have bothered, just another social experiment."

"Worst chinese i have ever had. Fillet steak was like boiled grissle. Chicken was like boiled jelly. Even the rice was stuck together in 1 clump. Curried samosas? Really.. a chineese? The prawn toast was about an inch thick on deep fried crusts and even the seaweed was as hard and unchewable. Terrible."
