"Very loud, not a comfortable dining experience. There was a child screaming at the top of her lungs, and the staff did nothing to make the other customers' dining experience pleasurable. I did complain, and nothing was done. The place is not as big as it looks from the outside. I have been to bigger and better pizza express restaurants around London and will stick with those ones next time."
"Very pleased with the service we received, particularly from the manager on shift. She took her time to explain the menu when I mentioned my intolerances, she was very knowledgeable and ensured I had the best options. While my husband didn’t enjoy his dish - he had to substitute his pasta as the one on the menu wasn’t available - when we mentioned it, the manager gave us a small discount to ensure we didn’t leave unhappy, which was a very nice gesture and made us feel like they really cared about our experience. Thank you"
"Wow what an incredible experience with the most welcoming attentive staff I’ve ever come across in hospitality! Our waiter went above and beyond to make our group of 8 feel special as it was our daughters 7th birthday. It was like having our very own personal entertainer and we hadn’t even booked for a party! Cannot recommend more highly and will definitely be returning again for all future birthday and special celebrations- absolutely amazing! Thank you for making our afternoon post theatre pizza experience the best ever!!!"
"We’ve arrived around 10pm, approximately an hour left to their advertised closing time. When we went inside we asked them if they were open for dine in as entire restaurant was empty and one of the guy from the kitchen said they were open for dine in. As we sit in and expected server to bring the menus he said to us they were closed for dine in and we left It’s sad to see these kind of behaviours at this hard times with cost of living as the server basically didn’t want to serve to us…."
"Been here many times over the years. The food is always great as is the service. I was somewhat disappointed with the cleanliness and the tables we sat at had a few marks/stains. We didn't ask to move the tables either side of us looked the same. However the cutlery and crockery were clean."
