"This is a gadget shop in the arndale just past the cex store and next to some sort of wine bar or posh eatery. It's not a huge store but they sell useless and quirky things (don't worry menkind that's not a dig) they sell everything from overpriced collectors items but decent collectors items, to gadgets like classic c64, phone holders and more expensive collectors pieces and quirky gifts which are not expensive, so you should be able to find a gift in this shop for the big kid in your life. As you approach you will see the staff demonstrating one of the items in the shop and they are all super nice and will be happy to help you, have a look next time you are in the arndale."
"Cool selection of stuff. The owner of this shop should really consider why all 3 members of staff are chatting outside the door while there's a line of costumers at the empty till."
"This chain always seems to sell the same rubbish and nothing new or interesting seems to be brought in. Anything half decent is way over priced and the staff are less than helpful. Always have someone playing at the door who just gets in the way and every store is way too small and gets very busy very quick. Not worth having a look anymore"
"Visited Trafford Centre store from Ireland, Bought 2 drones for my daughters, 1 was for a birthday present for my eldest, when we got back to Ireland, we discovered it was "refurbished but guaranteed" this was not advised in store, I would not have a problem with this if the drone was complete, but it had no battery, so is completely unusable, my daughter is devestated. I contacted the store, who advised me to contact their customer care team who would "look after me" After 3 weeks of chasing, their customer "care" team replied. "you will have to contact the store directly as it is a refurbished product"! Totally unacceptable, not only are they selling second hand goods, they don't even bother checking them for all parts before reselling them. Then to be told to "contact store directly" after being told by the store to contact "customer care" adds insult to injury. Edit: I have just heard back from Tony from the Arndale store who has been absolutely brilliant, and sorted us out even though it wasn't his stores mistake. Big thanks Tony, we really appreciate you going out of your way to help us!"
"Visited this place during a day trip to Manchester arndale center. Had a good look around the shop and it has a variety of different items, everything from card games to board games, they also have a lot of querky things. The staff are friendly and helpful, I would recommend this place."
