"Wow, won the competition for the 14" box worth £25. Collected 19th Nov. Everything in the box was great, tasty and hot. Had to split it into 4 meals. We'll worth £25, could easy be shared by 4 people"

"Ordered from moonwok numerous times before and never had a problem, ordered tonight and ended up throwing most of it in bin. Thought I would order us a treat since we’ve been watching our money like everyone else lately, turned out to be a waste of it. Food arrived and tasted like it had been reheated from the night before or it had done a lap of South Yorkshire in the delivery car before it got to us. It was like warm at best. Dog thought he was in for a treat as non of us could eat it but even he turned his nose up at it. Now me and the missus are starving, I’m £25 down, kids are crying and dogs being sick in corner. Nice one"

"Ordered food from moon wok. When the food arrived it had silver fish in the box and then the order was wrong. Rang them to try and get our Ordered items and they refused to send them then became rude and argued with us over the phone and said they'd sent all items.We were missing several items and paid over £50 pound for the order to be wrong and be left out of pocket and got verbal abuse by more than one person from the restaurant. Wouldn't recommend anyone to EVER use moon wok."

"Counter staff is as rude as they get forgot the sauce when I called they had forgot to even take the order . Called back to leave it as by the time it would take the rest of the meal would be colder than it already is to have the phone put down on me called back and said she can put the phone down as she was in her right to ..customer service training needed .. meal Luke warm"

"I'll start off on a good note. The food is really delicious and havent had a bad order. BUT, I ordered my food to be delivered at 11 and it came at half 10. This meant I had to keep my food warm for half an hour as the persons food it was wasnt home yet and couldn't order as they were at work. This meant the food became dry and lost its flavour. If I ask for it to be delivered at 11 , I want it delivered at 11. I ordered it for that time cause that's when I wanted it. Not when it suits you best."
