"One main dish was missing after delivery so I phoned them and explained that one person from our dinner party doesn't have any food. He seemed to not care and said they couldn't send the dish out. Just seemed desperate to hang up as soon as possible. No solution to the problem apart from an automated refund through the app. Extremely disappointed with the poor level of customer service.
