"I want to like this place, but it's far too hit and miss, often when I go here end up with cold fries, and not very warm bratwurst, the sausage being a bit colder is fine, but fries come on! I'd rather wait for fresh fries than get old ones thanks. My advice is, don't get the fries unless you know they are fresh, sausage is worth buying though. Update: gave them another chance and even worse, gave me the wrong size sausage and then looked at me like it was my fault. I won't be back."
"Had no fries?! Still ordered a Currywurst which was cold and with watery sauce for £4.50. Never again. The staff at the till was rude and really not bothered."
"Been meaning to try Extrawurst for a while and finally went yesterday. Authentic German sausage tasted as good as anything from the German market at Christmas. Will definitely go back"
"So disappointed! Really had high hopes for this new place. Can't fault the staff, customer service was bang on! The food, nope. The fries were old and stale, not fresh at all. Fries shouldn't be rock hard and crunch like peanuts when you bite them. Check they've just made fresh fries before purchase. The bratwurst was nice but doused in SO much sauce, they didn't ask how much sauce I wanted just drowned everything, even the onions were floating. For the price, not worth it! You're basically paying for stale fries and very expensive sauce. Coffee was actually decent though."
