"I placed my first ever order with Golden Phoenix in Cantley tonight. I was quoted 40 minutes to an hour (usual takeaway delivery time) but it didn't arrive until 90 minutes had passed. I was ready to call them when the driver arrived. I started to unpack my order when i noticed i had been given the wrong order. My main dish was wrong. I promptly called them back and was told a replacement meal would be sent out to me in exchange for the wrong one. But to add insult to injury i received a call back to say id need to pay an extra 60p for the price difference! You've got to be kidding me. Surely as a gesture of goodwill this would be wavered especially after being kept waiting even longer while the rest of my order gets cold. But no, needless to say i will not be ordering from this establishment again, it's an absolute joke with no idea of what real customer service is!"
