"Ordered shoes online. Tried them at home. The insoles were off to the point where they irritated feet. Took them to Arndale store. The staff was very rude. Guy lookes at the shoes and said that they have been worn and that "he can't see anything wrong with them". NEVER again buying from this store."
"I used to shop a lot here a lot untill i bought a faulty tracksuit and the extremely rude manager natalia refused to exchange it even though the ones on the shop floor were damaged in the same place they refused to accept responsibility , i took it threw the complaints procedure and was totaly fobbed off, they did an investigation and said they was not willing to exchange as it isnt a manufactures fault even though i quite clearly told them it was a packaging issue , disgusting attitude and appaling treatment to a customer, iWill never shop there again and think im being generous giving thenm 1 star as they dont deserve any, not even worn this and like i say at least 2 on shop floor had same flaws (faults) , the managers response was that i could of done it to the tracksuits on the shop floor , if shewas a manager in my shop she would be outa work"
