"Didn't have a good experience unfortunately. As I entered the small shop, the person behind the counter looked me up and down and gave me the impression that I wasn't quite the clientele that they were looking for. I stood in the small room waiting for them to help me (there was no one else in the shop) and it was about 30 seconds before the assistant asked (without looking up from the counter) whether they could help me, which made me feel that they didn't want my custom. They did then show me around and their attitude seemed to improve, but I wouldn't go back, ever. In contrast, I went on to Alderly Edge and every shop assistant, without exception, were extremely welcoming and friendly and I thoroughly enjoyed my shopping experience there."

"What an absolute gem of a place. I loved buying pre loved you get better value and more intersting things. Christine is so kind, welcoming and knowledgeable. I bought a black work dress in the shop and an amazing jump suit (people always say how cool it looks) online. The service is fab, the products stylish and impeccably clean and a confidence building returns policy...what's not to like.."

"I’ve had a great experience both selling and shopping with Dress. The team are all lovely and happy to help if you're looking for something in particular, otherwise they're happy for you to browse and uncover the delights! Selling wise, I've always received payment at month end, as per the T&C's, and found the whole process easy. Christine, the owner, is hugely particular about what she takes so everything is immaculate and some items never worn. It is very much a high end boutique rather than a second hand shop and there are some serious bargains to be had. It smells amazing too and you can even buy the scent! Would definitely recommend for an afternoon out in Prestbury with some lunch afterwards."
