"Disgusting isn't the word. Ordered a 35 quid order. Most of it was in the bag rather than the trays so requested a partial refund as we tried to save some of the food but the way it arrived wasn't acceptable. Next thing you know the manager and 2 other people are banging on my window and door screaming at me and my husband. My kids were in the room scared so I said do not smack my glass window, yet he proceeded to do it again. Completely wrong. I actually feel like ringing the police to be honest my little boy is so shook up."

"Been using this service for over 3 years,everything was always great. now after a break of 6 months I tried again,... Noodles and vegetarian rolls remained at the level of wonderful taste and everything is fine ... but the sauces have become tasteless...it's not chicken in Chinese sauce it's just some kind of brew... King prawns in batter is very similar to a piece of rubber in foam rubber. Maybe the company changed chefs or they just have too many customers they don't care anymore. IMHO"
