"The food was good but the service was very slow and inattentive. We arrived and the place was full with one table that was being cleared, and we were seated at that last table. Five minutes later we had yet to be acknowledged really and still didn't have menus. Ordering took a while. Thankfully the food prep time once we were able to order was faster, but the meal's experience was soured by the bad service."
"I’ve had better and I’ve had worse. The food quality definitely was slightly less than mediocre. It was just fine if your hungry and in a pinch. But the thing that turned me off about this place was the guy that took my order at the door. He was a bit overbearing and didn’t seem to fit into the image of the business. But, wouldn’t surprise me if he actually owned it. The location is amazing, and if they make a few adjustments for sure could even to better. I also liked the ambience."
"Not a good experience for us. As we were walking into the restaurant there was a guy that came running by us, sweaty, and entered the restaurant just seconds before us. We were seated immediately and less than a minute later we were handed menus by the sweaty runner. GROSS. Staff is not friendly and made us feel as though we were nothing but a bother. The food was pricey and not very good at all. Do yourself a favor and find another Thai restaurant. There are lots to choose from in London."
"I had a long stop over and wanted something good to eat before heading out on the town so my colleague and I went to this place. I am very big on customer service part of the reason why I do this….and the owner was amazing. He recommended a few things and made me a drink which was simply delightful. Later on the bar tender who came, however fail to acknowledge our second order but did everyone else’s, tended to everyone else’s table except ours so it was time to go . It’s only for the owner and his great service I am giving an amazing review."
