"Food was really fresh and fragrant. I tried Moo Hong and the pork was really tender and juicy. Portion sizes were good but the menu overall is a bit on the pricey side, but given the high quality food I didn’t mind this too much. Staff were nice but they forgot out drinks and they only arrived after we had finished our meal."
"Wow, what a delightful dining experience! Where do I start ? First of all, the reception person who could have easily been mistaken for a film star, ignored us like we were invisible. Perhaps this is the impact of Jay Rayner reviews? But, not to worry, the lovely florist next door was happy to take our booking and save us from the embarrassment. And then came the grand entrance of the oh-so-superior reception lady who couldn't even find our reservation. But, let's talk about the food, the main attraction of any restaurant. The 4 small plates and 3 main courses were to die for...well, except for the chicken wings, but who cares about them anyway? The portions were so big that we had to take some leftovers home in those oh-so-chic plastic containers for a mere 20p each. We needed three. I mean, why settle for an environmentally friendly basic carton with a foil lid when you can take your leftovers home like royalty do in plastic containers? I mean, who needs good service when the food is this good, right?"
"Had an amazing time at Supawan! We booked for a Monday night, and as it wasn't too busy, we were able to stay until they closed. The staff was super friendly and helpful, explaining to us the menu and making recommendations. The decorations are also really pretty and you can see the plants from the florist next door which adds to the whole vibe. The reason why I didn't give it 5 stars, is because while the food was indeed delicious, it's definitely a pricey and I've had just as good, or better, Thai in London for cheaper. I will still absolutely recommend this restaurant though as it's worth a visit!"
"Found this really great authentic Thai place. One of the only Thai places where pad Thai was not on the menu. The menu had so many new things and very diverse flavours and dishes. We ordered the banana flower salad, green Thai curry, and steamed mushroom dish and all of the food was really top notch. The Thai milk tea was really good too. A little expensive and smaller portions than the usual Thai places, but that won’t stop me from giving the place a 5 star. Would recommend!"
"Really authentic thai food, set in the beautiful surroundings of a day time florist, so plants and flora everywhere. The service and attention is very good, but the food really is top drawer. So tasty and very well presented, beautifully balanced dishes. We had Meiang Phuket (grilled prawns on cha-pruu leaves) which were superb, Thai Squid which was very nice, Som Tam papaya salad which was about as accurate as any ive ever had in Bangkok, and easily the best ive had in London, Gai Yang Gorlea (marinated chicken with coconut and curry) very nicer, and Beef Cheek Massaman curry - also excellent. It can get busy, so even if you book, you may have to wait a little, and it's a little pricey too (all the above (1 main & 4 small plates), 1 rice, prawn crackers and 5 small beers- £105), but it was worth both the price, and having to wait outside for 15 mins. Thoroughly recommended, I'll be going back.. when I can afford it!"
