"Different name, same people, same tricks. Ridiculously small portions, missing bottle of drink. Embarrassing if you're ordering for an evening meal for guests or family. Ordered set meal for 4-5, don't be deceived by the list of items, maybe for 4-5 children but not enough for even 3 adults. To the owner or anyone interested about the importance of getting what you paid for, I advise you to Study Surah 83 (Al Mutaffifin) in the Quran very carefully and hope you make the necessary changes to your business practices."

"If I could I would rate this zero stars just on customer service alone, but to post I have to rate with at least one star. I cannot give any stars for the food, as I have no idea what the food is like! I placed an order just before 19:00 for delivery by 19:50. I started calling at 20:15 to find out where it was and after trying 102 times, I gave up. I eventually managed to get through at 20:52 only to be told the driver had a problem with his vehicle and that my food would be on its way very soon as they had to make it again, as it would be cold. At no point had I received a call to let me know there was a problem. By 22:15 the second order had still not arrived (three hours after ordering) so I tried another 39 times to cancel, but again couldn't get through. I received a call at 23:00 from the driver who said he was nearby and did I want my food. Somehow, four hours after ordering, at what point would you think that I was still waiting to eat?! This time the driver gave me a completely different reason for the delay, due to the kitchen being so busy. What is the truth? Too busy to cope with the number of orders? Vehicle broken down? Something else? Both? Thank you Thai Chi Halal for ruining my Valentines Day!"
