"Tried Pani Puri and a Potato toast (Indian Style) and Ginger Chai here. Pani Puri is very nice (but not an authentic style) . Toast is also good as I am looking for. Crispy bread and with the stuff inside. But little salt would add more taste. The taste of the Ginger Chai is also very nice but the water quantity is little more. Couple of Chicken dishes are also available here. There are many Indian snacks you can purchase (Lays, Namkeen etc). I can't say the prices here are less, because for a few items, I noticed a little more, compared to the other places. Apart from the food, the place is very good to rest for sometime and have food, with good service."
"We tried chicken biriyani, it was not tasty at all. We asked for spicy biriyani but what they gave us was chopped chillies on top of the biriyani. Masala tea was not good either. The restaurant is very close to Stratford tube station."
"So, so good! Excellent friendly service and well portioned indian food. Did not expect it to be this good as we just popped in for a snack, but it’s impressive how yummy the dishes are. We had the chicken samosa (8.5/10), chicken biryani with daal (7/10), and vada pav (8.5/10)."
"Great, authentic flavour in the food. I had the veg curries (a chickpea one and a lentil one) with rice. I also had some corriander raita. The only flaw with the food was the spice level - way too hot - and maybe the salt level - a little on the high side! Apart from that, the food was delicious. With regards to the service, I've been here a few times and it's a bit hit and miss. I think maybe a bit of coaching on that aspect from someone who knows about that sorta stuff could really elevate this restaurant to a whole new level. A Gordon Ramsay type figure perhaps! :P"
"I tried the Pav Bhaji. I don't really have many words to say because i was soo disappointed with the food. It was exaggerated about how good Pav Bhaji is and it felt like i was eating veggies made at home. There was no salt and spice(we did ask them to make it spicy). The only good thing about it is the buns."
