"Accepted our order and then 35 mins later when we were expecting delivery cancelled it. We got a refund and also beans on toast for dinner. Don't waste your time with them and go and order your dinner from someone else"
"Placed an order via their app, which had worked fine previously. Food didn't arrive, tried phoning numerous times that evening and for weeks since and no answer. They took my money despite not delivering any food or answering the phone since. I've contacted my bank to reverse the charges since."
"Ordered via Deliveroo. Arrived on time and as described, but the food was poor. Chicken balti was overcooked (chicken was very dry) and almost completely flavourless. Onion bhajis not crispy at all, samosas tasted of nothing. It was pretty cheap though, so I guess you get what you pay for - just don't believe the reviews telling you it's delicious!"
