"I was really excited to try this Indian restaurant that had such good reviews online. But my experience there was a total disappointment. The atmosphere seemed like it was trying too hard to be fancy and appeal to tourists, and it felt like the focus was more on how the place looked than the actual food. The curry dishes we ordered were bland and didn't have much flavour. The tandoori king prawns, which are usually one of my favourite things to get at Indian restaurants, were overcooked and rubbery. Yuck. The only decent part of the meal was the sauces, which were actually pretty good. But overall, I was disappointed by this restaurant. It's a bummer because Indian food can be so amazing, and this place has the potential to be really good. But they didn't deliver on the quality of the food, which is the most important thing to me when I'm eating out. There are definitely better Indian restaurants in the area that put more effort into their dishes."
