"As a customer, it's important to feel valued and respected, especially when dining out. Unfortunately, the restaurant fell short in providing adequate customer service. It's unacceptable that i was charged a customer service fee when I felt like i received no service at all. While it's common for some restaurants to add a service charge to the bill, this should only be done if the service provided meets a certain standard. If customer felt like you were not treated with respect or care, you have every right to question the charge. It's disappointing that the restaurant management didn't address my concerns and instead forced you to pay the fee. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and may discourage customers from returning in the future. I would caution other potential customers to research the restaurant's policies and read reviews from previous customers before dining at Maharaja Indian Restaurant. It's important to support businesses that prioritize customer satisfaction and respect their customers' rights. Overall, it was a negative experience and hope that the restaurant takes steps to improve their customer service in the future."

"Highly recommend if you are looking for quality Indian food. Our server Nayen was fantastic, we were seated quickly, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the meal. We got two of the "Deluxe Dishes”, one house special lamb and one chicken masala. They were both delicious and some of the best Indian we have had."

"Worst food experience in London in my life. Waited for an hour to get the table and had expectations to a greater extent . Very bad taste and service . Ordered about 8-10 dishes all at once since they refused to accept order later. Mentioned dishes to be medium spicy and everything was sweet . Roasted jeera rice was served. Panner biryani was served with stones. My Christmas dinner was ruined. I strongly won’t recommend people to have meal here."

"My friend and I couldn’t find a gluten-free restaurant. We just went in and asked and got an excellent service and the chance to eat something gluten-free. We had the chance to try a recommendation too and the taste was amazing! Try something new guys, it’s absolutely worth it!"

"We were surprised to be seated so quickly - made me suspicious that it wasn't more crowded, but we were just lucky I guess because the food was fantastic! Our party of 3 go the "Deluxe Dish" and it was certainly deluxe! Everything they served was fresh, flavorful, and delicious! and there was plenty - we had enough extra to fill a to-go box. Wait staff was professional and attentive. Table linens and settings were top notch. Maharaja was a dining highlight of our week in the UK."
