"We came here for the Christmas' Eve to drink something. I had a frozen mango margarita and my husband a qojito; both drinks were really amazing and the staff is very polite and nice. Update: Today we came for dinner. We had the seafood tasting menu and it was amazing. I asked for not so much spicy food and they made it less spicy just for me. The restaurant staff were also very nice and polite, very careful about the guests' needs."

"High end innovative and unusual Indian cuisine. Staff is very courteous and friendly, the atmosphere is elegant, and the food very good. We tried the sampler and had a very good experience. The prawns were excellent and the baked bass was super. Overall a great memorable, evening."

"The food was not bad but not as complex as the northern Indian cuisines, in fact flavours of different dishes were not a whole lot of different. The lemon rice was a surprise whereby it tasted fresh & intriguing, but overshadowed by spicy sauces. Dish portions were rather small & fairly expensive. Services had been good."

"Quilon has a lot going for it - a Michelin star, great service, excellent food that allows its patrons to explore novel dishes that draw inspiration from coastal south Indian cuisine. However, the only reason I'm docking a star is that this place needs a bit of an overhaul. The ambience feels dated and is unimpressive, the attention to detail is lacking (our drab white dining table cloth had stains from a previous meal, there were fingerprint stains on the wall). Overall, it feels like the place is in serious need of renovations. Nonetheless, the team is doing an excellent job with the food and the service, and that is something I greatly appreciated. Would recommend visiting for the food!"

"Food was great! Service was really good as pur server picked vegetarian and non-vegetarian options for us for our courses and they all turned out to be really good. I feel the ambiance could be better for a high end restaurant like Quilon. Would go there again for the food."
