"Purchased black tie formal attire from here for a wedding. They had a reasonable amount of choice and happy with the price. The service wasn't what we expected as we had to ask a few times for accessories (cummerbund and bow tie). But overall, okay."

"Paid £1000+ for a tailor made suit for my wedding. When I tried it on first time the blazer and the trousers were too long. I would have expected a tailor made suit to fit first time. They also failed to mention a bow tie should be worn with the waistcoat. This was never mentioned to me when we were designing the suit. £1000+ should at least deliver such advice at the outset. I cannot describe how disappointed I am and with wedding being close they can’t even offer an expedited new waitcoast. They also can’t even offer a discount on this and I have to pay full price. If I could rate 0 stars I would. I am gutted my wedding suit has been spoiled."

"I've used Moss Bros beforehand at other branches and they've been attentive and helpful. This branch however which we visited for a wedding suit fitting appointment last week was ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL. Avoid and go elsewhere!! The customer service was terrible, we were left standing around for ages despite having an appointment, and once we were seen to, the advisor was quite unhelpful and not at all pleasant - given that it's a special occasion getting suits for a wedding there was absolutely no level of service or customer care. We were haphazardly measured, all of which the jackets and trousers just didn't fit. All in all I felt that we were not welcome there at all and they were extremely uninterested. The advisor walked away mid appointment and never returned. Another guy eventually did but he didn't really know what we wanted or what he was talking about. Long story short, dreadful!!"

"We put suits aside from another store and went in to try them on. The staff were extremely helpful in picking out the right things and helping with sizing and stock availability. They stayed patient whilst the boys took their time trying on stock and deciding. Honestly they were still friendly and willing to help after 3 hours of deciding, that's dedication. Clean shop, decent stock and brilliant customer service. Would come here again!"

"After visiting multiple suit shops in Manchester looking for a wedding suit and experiencing negative customer service. We ended up buying a suit online at Moss Bros. We took the suit to the Trafford Centre store for alterations, where we ended up having the best customer service experience to the point we completely changed the suit just 2 weeks before our wedding. Thank you to the team for being so helpful, patient and confidence boosting. Probably the best shopping experience we’ve ever had."
