"So I ordered a chicken shish and specifically asked for salad to be added. When it arrived, where was the salad? Non existent. So I called up to ask why there was no salad, and the guy on the phone was rude. He said that the salad was in the bag about 16 times, and then changed his mind after a while and said that the chef had forgot to put it in. I'm not being funny, the salad makes the meal in my opinion; it is so disheartening looking down at your food and not seeing any salad whilst on the phone to a very angry man telling me it was in there. To not receive exactly what you order is simply not on. I basically paid £12.50 for about 5 bits of chicken, a soggy pitta bread and a couple of sauces. And no salad. The chicken wasn't great either, and I still have stomach cramps 18 hours later. I was so disappointed that they didn't have any wings on the menu, but with how I'm feeling right now, I'm extremely grateful that they didn't. Safe to say I'll never order from here again. I'll just mourn the loss of that £12.50 I'll never get back."
