"Have used this place previously but today was such a disappointment - ordered 2 cod, a saveloy, large chips and a can of Dr Pepper. Confirmation stated an hour for delivery which surprised me but if that’s what it takes, fine. Actually waited an hour and 40 minutes - completely unacceptable. This was after two phone calls to the shop. Opened the bag to find the drink missing - called again to be offered two drinks next time I order - don’t want that because with this level of disorganisation I won’t order again. Then offered to deliver the drink - don’t fancy another hour and 40 minute wait. They agreed to send a refund with the driver. Driver turns up with no refund but three drinks - so they didn’t even listen to the discussion we had. Absolute farce!"
