"Mothers and grandmothers beware! Apparently prams are not welcome in this shop. I was appalled by the curt and rude manner of the person supposedly serving and the way myself and my daughter were spoken to. What a pity that steam cleaning the floor at 3.30pm in the afternoon was a higher priority than welcoming customers into the shop. I might also add that this practice creates a Health and Safety hazard for customers with, or without prams. Fortunately there are lots of other lovely shops to visit in Alderley Edge where good manners matter."
"Not a nice atmosphere from owners. Snarky comments made behind our back when we were still in the shop. Appalled by the service and shall not be returning. Perhaps we didn’t look like we fit into the ‘Alderney edge elites’ but surely our money is as good as anyone else’s?"
