"Horrible customer service, went into the shop yesterday and the lady in there was trying her best to rip us off. She took one heavy shawl out of a three piece as I wanted a lighter dupatta. However, she then went ahead and charged me £15 for the additional dupatta without lowering the price of the suit for taking the shawl out. Not only this but when wanting to buy another dress I clearly saw her take off the price tag and passing it to the her customer assistant so she can tell a price of her liking. Not professional behaviour at all. The quality of the material used isn’t good and stitching isn’t adequate. Would advise people to refrain from shopping here. Save your money while you can"

"Great service and attention to detail. I bought a beautiful bottle green velvet jacket suit around 5-6 years ago from them- still get asked about it now when I wear it. Found the jacket so versatile...can mix and match to make new outfits. Loved it so much...I placed an order for two more in different colours this winter. The finished products are beautiful and arrived on time. Can't fault the service. Alterations were done by Br Ahmad to perfection and even dropped to mine when I was time constrained and prepping for to international flight!
