"So far the best Chinese in new eltham! Will return despite price is on the higher side Worth the money in my opinion!"
"Terrible customer service food was cold chicken balls full of oil absolutely disgusting called up to sort it out for the lady to say don’t order from here next time no offer of replacement food or refund!!! Don’t order from here. Absolutely disgusted with the attitude of the lady that answered the phone to me!!"
"Average, small portions, tasteless. Our regular Chinese takeaway has closed down, not sure if because of lock down but the Double Dragon in Leith Hill, St. Paul's Cray was lovely. I don't live round there anymore but I still went back if we fancied a Chinese. So we had to find somewhere new and tried Mandarin House. I should have known straight away when ordering when you get a choice of regular and large portions. Our old Chinese takeaway wasn't like that, you order chow mein, no regular or large rubbish and you got more than the regular portion from here and cheaper. We like the sweet and sour chicken balls but again compared to what we are used to they were smaller and not as nice, and dearer. Food was avarage, nothing special, try somewhere else because we will next time. Oh and if anyone knows why The Double Dragon shut down leave a comment"
"ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! Doesn't even deserve 1 star. My first time buying from this takeaway, based on reading the other reviews. I don't understand how the reviews were good. Food was cold, tasted disgusting and came late. When I ordered, I did let them know it was my first time buying and they said I would get prawn crackers with the meal and it would take an hour to arrive. The food came in an hour and 45mins!! I even called up to ask where it was twice and the second time I was rudely spoken to and told that there was nothing they could do. They should have compensated. The prawn crackers were not even included when the food eventually turned up. I called up to say they forgot my prawn crackers and was told my order was under £15 so didn't include prawn crackers. My order was £14.60 what a joke!!! They didn't let me know when I took something off my order that I would no longer be getting prawn crackers. You cannot even offer prawn crackers to your customers when the food is terrible & late. I asked about the prawn crackers, because if they wasn't included I would have ordered them and paid for it. Rude staff, who cannot communicate properly with customers. Over expensive too! It was not worth the price at all, I had to add my own seasoning to make it bearable. AVOID AVOID never in my life have I had black bean sauce that wasn't even spicy & so tasteless. Spring rolls were cold, dry and tasted like paper. Only good thing was prawn balls"
