Yummy Thai

"We were waiting for 2 hours for the order to arrive and it never did. At the same time, the restaurant would not pick up the phone to give us an update. Avoid if you actually want to eat!"

"Absolutely horrendous experience. Ordered on Uber Eats. Food took over an hour and a half to arrive. Restaurant failed to pick up the phone for over 20 mins after the order was due. When I eventually got through the person on the phone, he continued to argue with me that he had 8 minutes left for delivery according to the app. No apology, no decency and no service. He proceeded to then hang up on me with nothing further. Food eventually arrived. Chicken satay was completely in edible and chewing. Jungle curry predominantly water and spring rolls completely dry and luke warm. Absolutely horrendous experience from start to finish. I would strongly avoid at all costs. Poor quality food, no form of customer care or service and ridiculously late. If only I could give 0 stars."

"Part of the order missing. Flavours off; nothing felt really enjoyable, lots was just discarded which is a shame at an order of £65!! Portions small. Papaya salad was tiny and priced at £9 one of the most expensive we have had in the area. Sticky rice was a brick. Uber eats shows this as highly rated, but we won't order again."

"The food taste so disgusting, the curry was too salty and the som tum with prawns doesn't even have any flavour at all. Also the prawn was raw, which in the menu it didn't say that the prawn was raw. It's my first time order takeaway from yummy thai kitchen and I'm very disappointed with it. Also in the som tum salad, they added too much beans. I order one starter which is called butterfly prawn, normally in other thai restaurant they give you a medium size prawns. However yummy thai, gave me small size prawn for just £5.50 for just 4 pieces of them. Very expensive."
