"I've previously ordered from here and did not have an issue. But this time I did. I would have given 1* but there were occasions food was fine. This time the food late slightly but that is not the issue. Half the food was cold and disappointing. The bread was getting cold as were the sarma chicken bayti. The sausage was good. Both the sausage and rice was warm. The kunefe was awful. In fact the worst I've had which is incredibly disappointing. It was premade in a packet which the restaurant heated and charged £5 for. I'm just really disappointed. The cheese was rock hard and chewy."
